Hi all,

The next beer we're going to brew for the barrel will be an English Brown. We will be using the recipe from Brewing Classic Styles. We only have three signups currently. If you have participated in the past, but don't plan it for this time around please email me separately.

9.75 lbs Maris Otter, mash 152F
0.75 lbs Special Roast (50L)
0.5 lbs Victory (28L)
0.5 Crystal/Caramel 40L
Hops:
0.25 Pale Chocolate (200L)
1.2oz Kent Goldings 5% AA 60 min
0.5oz Kent Goldings 5% AA 5 min
Yeasts: WLP013, Wyeast 1028, Danstar Nottingham
OG: 1.051, FG: 1.013
IBU: 26
ABV: 5.1%

Extract:
7 lbs English Pale LME (5.86 lbs DME)
0.75 lbs Special Roast (50L)
0.5 lbs Victory (28L)
0.5 Crystal/Caramel 40L
0.25 Pale Chocolate (200L)
Hops:
1.2oz Kent Goldings 5% AA 60 min
0.5oz Kent Goldings 5% AA 5 min
Yeasts: WLP013, Wyeast 1028, Danstar Nottingham
OG: 1.051, FG: 1.013
IBU: 26
ABV: 5.1%
